Fee Structure & Enrollment

At Tiny Treasures Child Care Center, LLC, we maintain a rolling enrollment policy, allowing children to enroll throughout the year based on age and class availability. Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and consistent, ensuring families have access to high-quality child care. For more details on enrollment, please contact us.

Program Tuition

  • 2-Year-Old Program$275/week
  • Preschool Program (3-4 Years)$260/week
  • Pre-K Program (4-5 Years)$250/week

  • Summer Program – $150/week

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child and a security deposit covering two weeks of tuition must be paid to reserve your child’s place at the Center.

Fees & Discounts

  • Registration Fee: $100 per child (Annual & Non-Refundable)
    • 10% sibling discount (For additional children)
    • 10% military discount
    • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

  • Summer Program Registration: $75 for non-students, $55 for current students (Excludes activities and trip expenses.)
  • Material Fee: $100 (Annual & Non-Refundable)
  • Security Deposit: $100 per child (Non-Refundable)
    • We require two week’s payment as a security deposit.  Please ensure you are fully committed before depositing as this transaction is final.

Enrollment & Withdrawal

  • Enrollment is not complete until all fees are paid and required forms are submitted.
  • Withdrawal Notice: A two-week written notice is required to withdraw your child.
    • The two-week security deposit will be applied towards your child’s last two weeks of attendance.
    • Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • Provisional Enrollment Period:
    • All new students have a two-week provisional period for assessment.
    • If we determine that we are unable to meet the child’s needs, a meeting will be scheduled with parents to discuss options.
    • Please note that the standard withdrawal notification procedure still applies during the provisional period.

Payment Policies

  • Tuition Payment Schedule:
    • Weekly Payments: Due every Monday (Late Fee: $25 if unpaid by Tuesday, suspension if unpaid by Friday.)
    • Monthly Payments: Due on the 1st of each month (Late Fee: $25 if unpaid by the 5th, suspension if unpaid by the 10th.)
  • Absenteeism: Tuition is due in full regardless of absences.
  • Returned Checks/Failed Payments:  A $35 fee will be charged in addition to the late payment fee for any failed electronic payments or returned checks.
  • Late Pick-Up Policy:
    • The center closes at 6:00 PM.
    • Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $25 per hour. If you have an emergency, please notify us immediately.

Registration fee is $100 per child (10% discount for an additional sibling. Military discount is 10%). This fee is paid annually and is non-refundable. To secure a spot for your child, you must pay the non-refundable registration fee. Please note: Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

Material Fee is $100 which is payable annually. This fee is non-refundable.

Security Deposit is  $100 per child and is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Once it is made, it cannot be reimbursed or reversed. We require two week’s payment as a security deposit.  Please ensure you are fully committed before making a deposit as this transaction is final. Enrollment will not be considered complete until all required fees are paid and all forms are submitted. To withdraw your child, you must provide written notice at least two weeks in advance. The two-week security deposit will be applied towards your child's last two weeks of attendance. Failure to provide two weeks' written notice will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

New students at Tiny Treasures Childcare Center (TTCC) will have a two-week provisional enrollment period.  During this period, TTCC will assess whether we can adequately meet the child's individual needs. If TTCC determines that we are unable to meet the child's needs, we may need to discontinue enrollment. Before making this decision, we will schedule a meeting with the child's parents and their teacher to discuss any concerns and explore potential solutions. Please note that the standard withdrawal notification procedure still applies during the provisional period.

Tuition fees are due in full regardless of student absences. 

A $35 fee will be charged in addition to the late payment fee for any failed electronic payments or returned checks.

Tiny Treasures Childcare Center, LLC closes at 6:00pm. If you have an extreme personal emergency and cannot pick up your child on time, please call us as soon as you are aware of the problem. The late pickup fee is $25 per hour.

Summer Program Registration is $75 for non-students and $55 for current students. This rate does not include activities and/or trip expenses. Tuition is due and payable on Mondays of each week or the 1st of each month. If you choose to make weekly payments, a $25 late fee will be charged for payments not received by Tuesday of each week. If your balance is not paid in full by Friday of that week, your child will not be permitted to attend until the balance is settled. If you choose to make monthly payments, a $25 late fee will be charged for payments not received by the 5th of each month. If your balance is not paid in full by the 10th of each month, your child will not be permitted to attend until the balance is settled.

If an electronic or check payment fails you will be assessed a $35 failed payment fee to help cover the finance charges that are assessed to us by the bank and Brightwheel.
